Chelsea Organic Sugar is a raw, unrefined sugar, which adds superior flavour when added to beverages. Use in place of standard white or raw sugar.
The sugar cane used has been produced without use of herbicides, pesticides or artificial fertilisers to meet IFOAM* standards. The unrefined, raw sugar is then made by simply pressing out, cleaning and crystallising the juice from organic sugar cane. This may result in natural product variations over time.
