The set of 2 allows you to load one sheet while the other is baking. - The flexible, non-stick, silicone sheet makes turning out easy and guarantees perfectly sized macarons every time. - Also handy for meringues, biscuits, cookies, etc. - The sheet can be flipped over and used as a smooth baking sheet - Ridge size is 1.5" diameter - Heat resistant to 430 degrees F - Sheet size is 7.8" x 11.8"; one sheet fits standard quarter-sheet baking tray, and two sheets fit together on standard half-sheet baking tray
