We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, if you are sending an item that you no longer need or purchased wrong item, it must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item before you use it, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Cancellation Request
We are more than happy to cancel the order and refund the money without any delay where customer made a wrong purchase or something else. The cancellation request for an order will only be accepted before the order get dispatched or packed up for the delivery.
There will be 3.9% bank fee will be charged on the cancellation which will be deducted from the refund amount as when customer pay for the order using the credit card, PayPal or LayBuy we get charged transection fee which we don't get back from the bank.
The refund will be processed same day from our side which may take 1-2 working days to show into the bank account.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please Note: If you are returning a product that you don't want or purchased wrong item there is 30% restocking fee will be charged which will be taken out of from the refund amount and the refund will be made back into your original method of the payment which can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If the item is damaged, faulty or received a wrong item from us, we will send you a return label to receive the order back to us and we will either send you a replacement, new order or will offer you a full refund (as per the customer's decision)
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
